Role Responsibilities:
Design and build intuitive UIs using Service Now Studio, Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace
Customize modules and develop widgets using HTML, CSS, Java Script
Integrate front-end components with Service Now workflows and REST APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions and optimize performance
Key Deliverables:
Responsive, scalable UI components within Service Now
Custom UI widgets and reusable code libraries
Integrated solutions using REST APIs and scoped apps
Technical documentation and testing plans for developed interfaces
