Crypto Mainframe Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Mainframe Engineer with deep expertise in cryptographic technologies and mainframe systems, ideally with over 10 years of experience in financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Key Factor Prime Key for key and certificate management and will play a pivotal role in securing our financial systems through advanced encryption techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cryptographic systems on mainframe platforms.
Manage cryptographic keys and certificates using Key Factor Prime Key.
Ensure the security and integrity of financial data by applying advanced encryption methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic solutions with existing systems.
Monitor cryptographic systems and respond effectively to security incidents.
Stay updated with the latest cryptographic developments and apply best practices.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial institutions.
Extensive experience with Key Factor Prime Key for cryptographic key and certificate management.
Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
Proficient with mainframe systems and security features.
Experience in incident response and security monitoring.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field.

Experience with EKMF and other mainframe cryptographic tools.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other cryptography/information security credentials.
Familiarity with additional cryptographic tools and technologies.
Knowledge of financial sector regulatory requirements.
