Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables & Collections Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced  Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables and Collections Specialist  to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP modules related to AR and Collections. This role demands strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, with an emphasis on process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the  implementation, configuration, and optimization  of  Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables (AR)  and  Collections  modules
Partner with finance and business stakeholders to  analyze AR and collections workflows , identifying areas for efficiency, automation, and compliance
Manage end-to-end project activities including  requirements gathering, milestone tracking, testing, and go-live  support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as  Sales, Finance, IT, and Customer Service  to align ERP capabilities with business goals
Design and develop reports and dashboards using  Oracle BI tools (OTBI)  to support decision-making
Conduct  training and change management  sessions for users and superusers
Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, security, and usability
Ensure compliance with financial standards, audit requirements, and internal controls

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in AR and Collections
Proven hands-on experience in at least  one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud AR/Collections implementation
Strong understanding of  finance operations and AR best practices
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
