Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Scrum Master  to join our project team. This is a key role responsible for driving agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring effective delivery. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in  SAFe and Scrum methodologies  but will also have a strong technical background to independently lead discussions and interact with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate  Scrum ceremonies  (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective outcomes.
Guide and coach the team on  Agile / SAFe practices , ensuring adherence to principles and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with  external teams and stakeholders , ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Drive  technical discussions and meetings independently , demonstrating a sound understanding of technical concepts.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure the smooth progress of the team.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency within the team.
Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Required Skills & Experience
6–7 years of overall experience  with at least  3+ years as a Scrum Master .
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with  Scrum and SAFe methodologies .
Excellent  communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills .
Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with  external teams and clients .
Good technical background, with the ability to  understand technical terminology  and engage in technical discussions.
