Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Scrum Master

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage  end-to-end project lifecycle  — from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed  project plans , schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate across departments to ensure proper execution of tasks and timely delivery.
Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate project progress, status, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if applicable): stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning.
Manage vendor or third-party relationships if needed for project execution.
Mandatory

Skills:

Proven experience managing projects using  Agile ,  Scrum , or  Waterfall  methodologies.
Proficient in project management tools:  JIRA ,  MS Project ,  Asana ,  Trello , or  Smartsheet .
Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience with  risk management ,  budget tracking , and  timeline management .
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Certifications:

PMP ,  Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) , or  PRINCE2 .
Familiarity with  SDLC ,  Dev Ops , or  Cloud project environments  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in  data ,  software , or  infrastructure  project environments.
Knowledge of  resource allocation  and  cost-benefit analysis .
