Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller (USA Medical Billing) based in Bengaluru. The AR Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies in the United States to resolve pending claims and manage denials. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing denied/rejected claims, following up with insurance providers for updates, obtaining claim statuses, initiating corrective action to facilitate cash flow, and documenting all actions in billing systems.
The individual will ensure proper communication with team leads and clients to contribute to the organization's revenue cycle objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in U.S. medical billing processes, AR calling, and denial management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with insurance companies and stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving billing and claim-related issues
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS), and compliance standards
Proficiency in industry-standard medical billing software tools and technology applications
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site work environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in medical billing and coding, healthcare administration, or a related field
Prior experience in U.S. healthcare or RCM services is an added advantage
