Project Technical Support III

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support to PI and Co-PI
Assist in managing the mental health and behavioral science components of the study, under the guidance of the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator.
Site Coordination
Coordinate field activities in the designated healthcare facilities to ensure effective implementation of the intervention.
Training and Supervision
Train junior field staff on data collection and intervention protocols, and ensure fidelity to the study procedures and ethics.
Participant Tracking
Work closely with the Project Manager to track referred participants and ensure timely follow-up at Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs).
Field Questionnaire Administration
Receive training on various clinical and psychosocial assessment tools and conduct  tablet-based assessments  and structured interviews.
Daily Operations and Reporting
Conduct field interviews under the  daily supervision  of the Project Manager and Research Associate, and report on progress and challenges during  daily check-ins  and  weekly team meetings .
Feedback and Communication
Provide feedback to the Project Research Scientist regarding field challenges, data issues, and suggestions for improvement.
