If you have 24 years of experience and strong knowledge across core life sciences domains, this could be your next career move!

Key Responsibilities
:
Deliver structured training sessions on both technical and non-technical modules, including:
Clinical Research
Pharmacovigilance
Clinical Data Management
Regulatory Affairs
Medical Writing
Medical Coding (Minor Modules)
Create and maintain high-quality training materials, presentations, and assessments Evaluate and mentor trainees on their academic and skill-based progress
Collaborate with content teams to ensure training materials stay current and industry relevant
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions when needed Desired  Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field  24 years of relevant work experience in clinical research or life sciences training (EdTech experience is a strong plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable delivering sessions in both in-person and online formats
Working knowledge of industry standards such as GCP, ICH, and drug safety guidelines What  We
