Role Objective
To support the planning, coordination, and operational performance of the assigned service line by working closely with clinical teams to improve patient experience, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the assigned service line in collaboration with consultants, nursing, and support teams.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, OT schedules, patient flow, ALOS, occupancy, and service utilization to ensure smooth operations.
- Support implementation of clinical pathways, SOPs, and quality initiatives aligned with NABH standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPI) such as revenue, patient volumes, conversion ratios, and service quality metrics.
- Assist in improving patient experience by addressing service gaps, coordinating feedback, and supporting grievance resolution.
- Liaise with billing, TPA, front office, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey and accurate billing processes.
- Support referral management, doctor engagement activities, and service line promotions in coordination with marketing.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for service line reviews with senior management.
- Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
