Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate  Speech Therapist  to join our team. The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, skilled in therapy planning, and experienced in working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations for children with speech and communication concerns.
Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions, both in-person and/or online.
Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation.
Educate and guide parents and caregivers on therapy goals, techniques, and home practice.
Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other team members for holistic child development.
Participate in regular case discussions, training programs, and team meetings.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
Experience : 1–5 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy (Freshers with strong clinical internship experience can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with children with autism, ADHD, speech delay, and other developmental challenges.
Compassionate, patient, and creative in therapy approaches.
Proficiency in documenting therapy sessions and creating reports.
