Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager – Events to lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and brand activations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Key Responsibilities 1. Event Planning & Execution
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events including corporate events, experiential activations, community events, and brand engagements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.
Ensure all event deliverables are executed on time and within budget.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Coordinate with sponsors, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
3. Vendor & Operations Management
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors including production, logistics, venue, hospitality, and technical partners.
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure quality delivery.
Oversee on-ground execution during events.
4. Budget Management
Prepare and manage event budgets.
Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
5. Team Coordination
Work closely with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to bring event concepts to life.
Manage project coordinators and support staff during planning and execution.
6. Risk & Crisis Management
Identify potential operational challenges and proactively plan contingencies.
Handle last-minute changes and on-ground issues with agility.
Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple events simultaneously
Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Preferred Experience Experience managing large-scale corporate events, runs, community events, or brand activations
Experience working with corporate clients and sponsors
Ability to handle on-ground event operations
