Role Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Principal, Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor for our new medical college near Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will contribute to teaching, mentoring students, developing course materials, and overseeing academic programs. Responsibilities further include conducting and publishing research, facilitating seminars, and ensuring compliance with guidelines set by medical education authorities.

As a key member of the faculty, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

Expertise and experience in medical teaching, curriculum development, and academic leadership
Strong research skills, with a proven track record of scholarly publications and research achievements
Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students
In-depth knowledge of medical and healthcare disciplines relevant to your specialization
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to institutional growth and student success
Compliance with regulatory requirements from recognized medical and educational bodies
Relevant medical qualifications, including an MD, MS, or equivalent, with demonstrated teaching experience (specific requirements may vary by role)
