E-Learning Designer & Developer (Intern)

Role Summary
As an E-Learning Designer & Developer Intern, you will support the Learning & Development team in designing and developing engaging digital learning solutions.

This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia integration while working closely with experienced designers and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in designing course outlines, storyboards, and scripts under guidance.

· Support the development of e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.

· Help integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video, animations) to make learning more engaging.

· Explore creative approaches such as gamification, branching scenarios, and interactive exercises.

· Contribute to ensuring accessibility, usability, and user experience (UX) best practices.

· Assist in testing and troubleshooting e-learning modules before deployment.

· Gain exposure to SCORM/xAPI standards and how courses are deployed on an LMS.

· Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement of learning content.

Qualifications & Skills

· Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field.

· Interest in instructional design principles and digital learning development.

· Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise) is a plus but not required.

· Basic knowledge of multimedia tools (graphics, video, audio editing) is an advantage.

· Creative with an eye for visual design and learner engagement.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.
