The Director of Admissions and Marketing at Amity University Bengaluru drives student recruitment, brand positioning, and enrollment targets by implementing strategic marketing (BTL), managing digital campaigns, and overseeing the end-to-end admission process. Key responsibilities include leading team outreach, managing CRM systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance with UGC/NAAC norms.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven admissions and enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals.
Drive recruitment initiatives to attract, admit, and retain a diverse, high-quality student population.
Lead integrated BTL, digital marketing, social media, and SEO efforts to strengthen brand visibility.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and feeder institutions.
Oversee enquiry and contact centre operations to ensure timely, accurate, and personalised engagement.
Enhance applicant experience through improved systems, processes, and staff capability building.
Increase application volume and quality through targeted enrollment growth initiatives.
Collaborate with academic and professional teams to align programme offerings with market demand.
Manage key stakeholder relationships, including counsellors, alumni, industry partners, and regulators.
Represent the institution at national and international education events and forums.
Continuously optimise admissions processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Leverage technology and data analytics to support decision-making and streamline applicant journeys.
Monitor higher education trends and benchmark peer institutions to inform strategy and policy.
Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
20+ years of experience in higher education admissions, enrollment, or student recruitment.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and scale recruitment initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Deep knowledge of Indian and international higher education markets and regulations.
Highly analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
