Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kannada Teacher for Grades 1-8, located in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons in Kannada, fostering language development, and facilitating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. The teacher will also be responsible for assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive curriculum that aligns with Pramiti's educational philosophy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in designing and executing effective Lesson Planning and Educational strategies
Strong Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
Hands-on Teaching experience with a passion for training and guiding young learners
Fluency in Kannada and a thorough understanding of Kannada language pedagogy
Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and supportive classroom environment
Experience in participatory and student-centered teaching methods is a plus
Educational qualification in Education, Language Studies, or related fields
