Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Python Trainer with 4–5 years of hands-on industry and training experience to deliver practical, industry-oriented Python training for
B.Tech 2nd Semester students .
The focus of this role is learning by doing , real-world problem solving, and project-based instruction rather than theory-heavy teaching.
This will be an initial 3-month contract engagement , with the possibility of extension based on performance, feedback, and academic outcomes .

Key Responsibilities
Deliver industry-oriented Python training with strong hands-on emphasis.
Teach Python fundamentals using real-world use cases, coding exercises, and mini-projects .
Guide students through:
Logic building
Problem-solving approaches
File handling and data processing
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Mini and capstone projects
Ensure students are able to write, debug, and optimize real Python programs .
Conduct live coding sessions, practical assignments, and project reviews.
Mentor students on best practices, clean code, and basic industry standards.
Coordinate with academic and program teams to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Experience
4–5 years of experience in Python development and/or Python training.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Core Python
Data structures
File handling (CSV, TXT, etc.)
Functions and modular coding
Object-Oriented Programming
Exception handling and debugging
Experience teaching engineering students or early-career learners is highly preferred.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner .
Comfortable with live coding, demos, and student interaction .
Interview Process
There will be two rounds of interviews :
Round 1:
Screening & Demo Round
Candidate must deliver a short demo session or presentation on any Python topic of their choice.
Focus will be on:
Teaching style
Practical explanation
Industry relevance
Clarity of concepts
Round 2:
Discussion / HR Round
Discussion on:
Training approach
Student engagement methods
Availability and commitment
Contract terms and expectations
