Description   We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to students in their academic and career pursuits, helping them navigate educational opportunities and making informed decisions.

Responsibilities    Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their educational and career goals.
Provide guidance on course selection, college applications, and scholarship opportunities.
Develop and implement educational programs and workshops for students and parents.
Stay updated with the latest trends in education and career options.
Build relationships with educational institutions and organizations to facilitate student placements.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Assist in preparing students for entrance exams and interviews.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
1-10 years of experience in educational counseling or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse student populations.
Familiarity with educational systems and career pathways in India.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored advice to students.
Proficiency in using counseling software and tools.
