Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Academics/Curriculum Manager at Early Ventions Preschool and Daycare, located in Bengaluru East. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing an engaging curriculum aligned with Early Ventions' vision. Additional responsibilities include conducting training programs for educators, overseeing instructional methodologies, managing academic programs, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children.

This role requires collaboration with staff and management to maintain excellence in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design.
Proficiency in Training & Development and Program Management.
Solid educational and pedagogical understanding in the field of Education.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering learning and development.
Experience in early education environments is an advantage.
Relevant certification or degree in education, early childhood development, or a related field is preferred.
