Job Overview
EDHR is seeking a Mid-Level PGT Chemistry Teacher for a full-time position in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in teaching chemistry, expertise in STEM curriculum development, and knowledge of laboratory safety protocols. Qualifications and Skills
MSc in Chemistry (Mandatory)
B.Ed (Compulsory)
STEM curriculum development (Mandatory skill) to design and implement comprehensive and engaging chemistry lessons.
Atleast 2 to 3 years of Teaching ISC Chemistry Syllabus to Grade 11 & 12
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ready to work as a Team
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and deliver dynamic chemistry lessons aligned with the STEM curriculum to encourage student engagement and understanding.
Maintain high standards of laboratory safety and ensure all safety protocols are followed during practical sessions.
Incorporate innovative teaching technologies to optimize students' learning experiences and enhance knowledge retention.
Utilize digital platforms to organize classroom activities, distribute educational resources, and monitor student progress.
Implement flipped classroom teaching methodologies to promote student participation and active learning.
Analyze and apply student data to guide instructional strategies and improve overall academic performance.
Employ effective classroom management techniques to establish a supportive and orderly learning environment.
Design virtual lab simulations to complement physical laboratory sessions and facilitate remote learning.
