Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Special Education Teacher Special Education Teacher will be responsible for working with students with disabilities in a middle school setting. Daily tasks include teaching, communication with students and parents, and creating tailored education plans.
Qualifications
Experience in Special Education and Teaching middle school students
Skills in Disabilities and Communication
Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and empathy in working with students with disabilities
Knowledge of assistive technologies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
