About

The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented  Learning Experience Designer Intern  to help design engaging, learner-centric educational content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about instructional design, storytelling, and building impactful learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing structured learning modules, courses, and microlearning content
Research and organize content into engaging learning experiences
Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning flows
Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts
Support development of presentations, assessments, and learner activities
Review and improve existing learning materials based on feedback

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communication, or related field
Strong writing and content structuring skills
Basic understanding of instructional design principles
Creativity in presenting information in engaging formats
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar
Attention to detail and strong research skills

Good To Have
Knowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)
Understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy or adult learning principles
Experience creating educational or training content
