We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
Plan and prepare materials for daily activities, projects, and display boards
Lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music and singing, storytelling, and imaginative play
Incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance children's understanding of basic concepts
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for parents
Communicate regularly with parents through meetings and progress updates
Ensure the safety and well-being of children by maintaining a clean and organized classroom
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience
Adhere to all school policies, procedures, and educational standards
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Valid teaching certification or license as required by the state
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues
Creativity and enthusiasm in developing engaging learning activities
Patience and ability to manage a classroom of young children effectively
Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of health and safety practices in a preschool setting
Physical ability to engage in activities with children and lift up to 30 pounds
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
