Tasks
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of Grade 1 students.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and assessments, providing feedback and support where needed.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to continually enhance teaching skills and strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching at the primary level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning.
