Early Years Facilitator Professionals

Location: Bengaluru

Manage daily classroom operations and ensure proper execution of lesson plans.
Engage young children in age-appropriate activities, supervise meals, and assist with naptime routines.
Maintain classroom order and support the development of good manners and values in children.
Monitor and support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development throughout the day.
Coordinate with other teachers and centre staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning.
Individual Responsibilities
Be a reliable team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Arrive on time for work and notify the Centre in case of delays or absences.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional behavior at all times.
Receive feedback constructively and apply it to improve teaching practices.
Communicate transparently with colleagues and avoid gossip.
Qualification and Experience
Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred; any graduation considered.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
Work timings: 9 AM – 6 PM or 10 AM – 7 PM.
Additional Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Internet usage.
Being a young mother is considered an added advantage.
