Hands-on Math is on a mission to help students develop deep-conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills through play. We teach Math through manipulatives, games, and open activities while avoiding worksheets and repeated drills. We run independent after-school programs at multiple communities around Bangalore.

Role Overview :
We are looking for energetic, creative instructors to lead our offline after-school math sessions for children aged 5 to 12. You'll guide small groups of kids through structured activities and games designed to develop essential math skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging 60-minute math sessions twice a week per batch.
Set up and pack up session materials before and after each session.
Facilitate learning through interactive games, hands-on activities, and creative challenges.
Ensure a supportive environment where kids feel motivated and excited about math.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation - Rs. 500 per hour or a percentage of student fees, whichever is higher.
Comprehensive training - We believe deeply in training and coaching. You will receive regular training on teaching through enquiry, discovery, and play-based methods.
Curriculum and Materials - All curriculum and materials will be provided; your focus will be on teaching and bringing the lessons to life.
