Centre Head or Center Manager – Pre-School (Female)

The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure effective implementation of the ECCE curriculum.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development.
- Handle parent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution.
- Drive admissions, enrolment growth, and retention.
- Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and open-house events.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and people-management skills

- Knowledge of Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE)
- Excellent parent-handling and communication skills
- Operational and administrative capability
- Admissions and outreach experience
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Qualifications;

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.

Preferred Skills;

- Experience with curriculum development.
- Knowledge of child development principles.
