The Senior Manager, Brand & Creative leads the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets that support Observe.

AI’s go-to-market priorities. This role designs and produces website updates, digital ads, event booth creative, and sales enablement materials that drive demand, improve conversion, and strengthen brand consistency across channels. The focus is on delivering fast, effective, and performance-oriented creative that directly supports revenue goals.

What You’ll be Doing

- Design and deliver high-impact creative assets, including landing pages, web modules, digital ads, social visuals, email graphics, and motion elements that fuel demand and improve conversion across the funnel.
- Support the development and optimisation of the website, partnering with web/digital stakeholders to design new pages, update visual components, and enhance UX to increase engagement and lead capture.
- Lead creative development for events, including booth design, signage, collateral, field marketing materials, and experiential brand assets, ensuring high-quality production and on-time delivery.
- Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product visuals that support deal progression and strengthen GTM alignment.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency through high-quality execution of visual systems, templates, iconography, illustration, and other brand elements used across channels.
- Manage creative workflow and operations, including request intake, prioritisation, templates, and scalable processes that increase speed and consistency, supplemented by freelancers or agencies when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Digital, Sales) to create conversion-optimised assets for campaigns and ABM programs.
- Optimise creative performance by testing variations, monitoring results, and iterating on assets to improve CTR, CVR, engagement, and overall pipeline impact.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

- 7–10+ years of hands-on design and creative production experience, ideally supporting B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth GTM teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design, digital ads, event creative, landing pages, and sales enablement assets that demonstrate business impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools; experience with light animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- Proven ability to design assets that drive engagement, fuel demand, and improve conversion across the sales funnel.
- Demonstrated experience producing a high volume of high-quality assets quickly, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Events, and Sales to transform strategy into output.
- Strong project and workflow management skills—comfortable juggling multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
