Trill Route School of Contemporary Music is a premium contemporary music school in Bengaluru, offering structured music programs with a strong focus on student experience, learning outcomes, professionalism, and consistency.
We are looking for a committed, student-focused Western Vocal Teacher to join our offline faculty team. This is a full-time, on-site role for teachers who enjoy structured teaching and long-term student development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Training
- Teach Western vocals across beginner to intermediate levels
- Provide structured training in technique, breath work, tone, control & vocal projection
- Guide students in musicality, harmony, and ear training
- Prepare students for recitals, studio sessions, and grade examinations
Student Progress & Collaboration
- Track and report student progress regularly
- Work closely with the Ops team to ensure student outcomes
- Offer guidance and motivation to help students stay consistent
Classroom Excellence
- Maintain discipline, structure, and a high standard of delivery
- Create a positive, engaging, student-first learning environment
- Uphold Trill Route’s teaching philosophy and quality benchmarks
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience
- Strong vocal technique and performance proficiency
- Good understanding of Western vocal pedagogy
- Ability to teach harmony, ear training, and general musicianship
- Prior teaching experience preferred (not mandatory)
Personality & Work Ethic
- Warm, encouraging, professional teaching approach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to student success
- Comfortable working full-time on-site at our Indiranagar centre
