Papagoya Kindergarten offers a unique opportunity for educators to create unforgettable childhoods through the joy of play. As a Papagoya Educator, you'll manage a small group of 4-7 children, allowing you to focus on each child's individual abilities, interests, and growth. Your days will be filled with singing in the treehouse, joining tea parties, and sparking imagination as you nurture and inspire the youngest minds.

Responsibilities:
- Support the professional management and operation of the Kindergarten for 1-6 year olds
- Foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and Kindergarten management
- Full-time position with a 9-hour working day, including provided snacks and lunch
Key Skills We Seek:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/ Psychology/ Human Development
- Passion for the Early Childhood space and enjoyment of working with young children
- Excellent English proficiency with enthusiastic and positive communication skills
- Playful, creative, responsible, resourceful, and a flexible approach
- Strong interest or working knowledge in Early Childhood Learning
- Ability and willingness to adapt foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture
- Desire to be involved in building a Kindergarten from the ground up
- Dynamic, service-minded, and capable of working independently
