Kindergarten Teachers

Position: KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS
Location: Bengaluru

- We are looking for passionate Kindergarten Teachers who are NTT qualified or Montessori trained, with specialization in Early Childhood Education. The role involves nurturing young learners through play-based, age-appropriate teaching in a warm and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use play-based and experiential learning methods to support holistic growth
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and curiosity among students
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s learning and well-being
- Maintain classroom hygiene, safety standards, and daily routines
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership for curriculum planning
- Participate in school events, trainings, and professional development programs

Requirements

- NTT qualified / Montessori trained with specialization in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Prior teaching experience in kindergarten or preschool will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and handle children with care
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
