Associate Professor

We invite accomplished Fashion Stylists and Creative Directors with a passion for teaching to join our Fashion Styling Department as an Associate Professor. This contract role is ideal for creative leaders who are ready to share their industry journey, shape young talent, and contribute to a progressive academic ecosystem.

This position is crafted for professionals who have built strong industry credibility and are now inspired to teach, mentor, and influence the next generation of creative professionals. You will bring real-world perspectives into the classroom, bridging industry practice with structured academic learning, while actively contributing to institutional and student-led initiatives.

What You Will Do

- Deliver dynamic, engaging classroom sessions rooted in industry relevance
- Mentor students and guide their creative and professional development
- Lead assessments and contribute to academic planning
- Organise and support industry visits, workshops, and creative events
- Participate in institutional initiatives, exhibitions, and academic forums

Qualifications

- Education in Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or Art Direction

Experience

- 10–12 years of overall professional experience
- 3–5 years of academic / teaching experience preferred (not limiting)
- A strong blend of industry practice and academic engagement
- Candidates with strong industry credibility and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply.
