Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Registrar  Registrar will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, decision-making, clinical documentation, and providing medical expertise to ensure quality care. The role requires close interaction with healthcare professionals and adherence to clinical protocols, along with active participation in training programs to improve professional competencies continuously.

Qualifications
Strong clinical knowledge in critical care, patient assessment, and decision-making
Proficiency in medical recordkeeping, clinical documentation, and adherence to care protocols
Effective communication and collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including participation in upskilling programs
Valid medical degree (MBBS) with 1 year of ICU and ER experience
BLS/ACLS/ATLS preferred
