A leading FMCG Company is keen to hire for the role of Creative Designer with a minimum 2 years of experience excluding internship. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming marketing concepts into compelling visual designs that enhance brand identity and engage consumers. The role involves creating impactful creative assets that strengthen brand presence and effectively communicate the company’s messaging across various marketing platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design Delight:
Canvas knows no bounds! Take the creative brief and breathe life into company's brand. From eye-catching graphics to mesmerizing packaging, you'll be the maestro of all things design.
- Digital Dynamo:
Step into the digital realm and help our brand conquer the online world. Work hand-in-hand with the Brand Manager to craft engaging websites, enhance SEO, and sprinkle some social media magic. Your pixels will make our brand sparkle in the digital galaxy.
- Sales Alliance:
Have to whip up marketing tools and collaterals that leave them in awe, ensuring they have everything they need to conquer the market.
- Design Collaborator:
Be proactive and lend the design expertise to any function where you see a need. Artistic touch can elevate every aspect of our business.
Required Skills:
- Design Software Pro:
Proficiency with software like Ai, CDR, Photoshop, and more.
- Digital Marketing Enthusiast:
While not a must, experience in the world of website development, Word Press, SEO, SEM, and SMM would be like a cherry on top of your creative cake.
- Product Knowledge Buff:
An understanding of products and the ability to incorporate this knowledge into designs to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Creative Freedom:
Your imagination is your only limit. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and innovative ideas in every aspect of our day to day working.
Education:
Graduate from a reputed college in Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design or related field
Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in design, preferably from FMCG industry
Working days:
Monday to Saturday (Saturday is WFH)
