What will you get to work on?
As a member of the Design team, you will:
Work with the core team in implementing the product design for the end customers
Conceptualising and creating innovative & user-centered designs for our digital products
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to translate ideas into compelling user experiences
Provide key inputs for the development of a globally scalable SaaS product
What do we expect from you?
For the Product Designer role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and expertise:
UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Wire framing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences, and integrate findings into the design process.
Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of our products.
Visual Design: Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphic elements, to enhance the visual appeal and branding of our products.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritise design goals, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
Relevant degree with minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Design.
