Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics & Video Editor who lives and breathes storytelling, short-form and long-form content and crisp visual design. You will own the full cycle of video creation across platforms, from raw footage to final exports, including animation, titles, transitions and sound. If you enjoy experimenting with formats, pushing out high-quality edits quickly and making people feel something through visuals, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, You Tube, ads, website, brand films) from raw footage to final delivery.
Design and animate motion graphics : titles, lower thirds, kinetic text, logo animations, overlays and infographics.
Turn UGC clips, experience footage and photos into high-impact reels with strong hooks and retention.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into video storyboards and final edits.
Create multiple variations of edits for A/B testing on Meta, You Tube and other platforms.
Maintain brand consistency in fonts, colours, pacing and overall visual language .
Optimise videos for different platforms (ratios, durations, file sizes, subtitles, thumbnails).
Manage project files, backups and exports in an organised way so the team can easily reuse and repurpose assets.
What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer / Animator or in a similar role.
Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut + motion tools).
Solid skills in 2D motion graphics , kinetic typography and basic animation principles.
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, music selection and sound design.
Ability to work with UGC, phone footage and mixed-quality clips and still produce polished output.
Comfortable working with tight timelines , quick feedback loops and multiple concurrent projects.
A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing reels, motion graphics and ad-style edits (required).
Nice to have
Experience creating performance-driven ads for Meta / You Tube.
Basic illustration skills for creating or editing elements used in motion graphics.
Familiarity with tools like Cap Cut, VN, Descript, Runway, or AI-assisted editing tools .
Experience in lifestyle / travel / events / D2C brands.
