At Younion, we craft immersive brand experiences that connect business impact with human emotion. We’re looking for a Sr. Copywriter, a creative leader who can shape narratives, mentor voices, and define the verbal soul of the brands we bring to life.
Your Mission
You’ll be the custodian of language, driving verbal identity across integrated campaigns, events, and experiences. You’ll partner with creative, strategy, and design leaders to conceive ideas that resonate from the first headline on a screen to the final word that echoes through a live experience. This role blends creativity with leadership, craft with clarity, and imagination with intent.
What You’ll Do
Lead the copy function across brand campaigns, integrated experiences, and digital ecosystems.
Develop and uphold brand tone, voice, and storytelling standards for a diverse portfolio of enterprise and consumer clients.
Collaborate with art and strategy teams to craft ideas that live seamlessly across channels from experiential to social to content.
Mentor and inspire a team of writers, raising the bar for conceptual thinking and copy craft.
Contribute to new business pitches and brand positioning exercises with strategic and creative storytelling.
Shape thought leadership pieces, keynote messaging, and event narratives that translate complex ideas into powerful experiences.
Partner with clients to embed storytelling into every brand touchpoint.
What You Bring
6-7 years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or creative direction — ideally in brand experience, advertising, or integrated marketing.
A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual brilliance, strong narrative instinct, and versatility across media.
Deep understanding of how storytelling drives behaviour, especially within experiential and B2B contexts.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, you guide with clarity, collaborate with empathy, and critique with purpose.
Strategic thinking to connect creative ideas to brand, business, and campaign goals.
A love for language, culture, and human insight, and the ability to translate all three into unforgettable brand stories.
