The Role :
You Tube for Brands is seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join our dynamic creative team In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and click-worthy thumbnails that drive engagement and viewership for our clients' You Tube content. You will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our videos, influencing audience decisions, and contributing to the overall success of our brand-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails for You Tube videos across various client brands.

• Collaborate with content creators and video editors to understand video content and messaging.

• Develop thumbnail concepts and strategies that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

• Optimize thumbnails for click-through rate (CTR) by using compelling visuals, clear text, and effective branding.

• Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices for You Tube thumbnails.

• Manage and organize thumbnail assets for easy access and efficient workflow.

• Test different thumbnail variations to identify best-performing designs.

• Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Thumbnail Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.

• Strong understanding of visual communication principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Ability to think creatively and develop engaging thumbnail concepts.

• Knowledge of You Tube best practices and current trends.

• Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.

• Passion for You Tube and digital content creation.
