The Role :
Fuel You Tube's Next Level: Are you a wordsmith wizard with a passion for You Tube? Do you dream in hooks, story arcs, and audience retention?
We're You Tube for Brands, and we’re on the hunt for a brilliant Scriptwriter to craft compelling narratives that captivate and convert. Join us in Indiranagar, Bangalore, and help us build India's leading You Tube growth engine!
Key Responsibilities:
· Write high-engagement scripts for both long-form and short-form You Tube content.
· Collaborate closely with strategists, and editors to bring narratives to life.
· Develop innovative story structures, attention-grabbing hooks, and pacing strategies that hook viewers.
· Adapt voice, tone, and storytelling style to reflect each brand's unique identity.
What You Bring
· An innate understanding of You Tube storytelling and audience engagement.
· Ability to create hooks, angles, and maintain tension throughout a script.
· Enthusiasm for in-depth research and converting complicated information into clear, concise content.
· Experience in building effective systems, frameworks, and repeatable storytelling engines.
· Openness to feedback, a curious mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
