Kai Early Years is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Advancement team. As the Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will work closely with our Advancement team, educators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content for various print and digital platforms. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in our campus in Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.

Essential
Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with designing for both print and digital platforms
• Experience with branding and identity design
• Ability to work with a variety of file types (JPG, PNG, SVG, etc.)
• Experience with photography and/or videography
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Understanding of color grading, sound design, and other post-production processes
Relational
Skills:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Advancement team, admins, educators, and other
stakeholders
• Must possess good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Must be able to build trust and work in a collegial manner; demonstrate empathy and respect
Pedagogical
Skills:
• Ability to translate educational concepts into engaging visual
• Must place the advancement of learning at the core of all decisions
• Understand, support and promote the advancement of learning objectives that support both academic and co-scholastic programs
• Quick learner who can understand the organization’s requirements
• Ability to Mukti-task, be flexible and adapt to the needs of the situation
• Use discretion when handling confidential information and records
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Good time-management skills
Additional Technical Skills preferred:
• Familiarity with web design and word press
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Digital & Social Media Marketing
Primary Job Functions & Tasks:
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners
• Create visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop branding and identity materials (logos, business cards, letterheads, etc.)
• Manage and maintain the school's digital assets (photos, videos, graphics, etc.)
• Edit raw footage into cohesive and visually compelling videos for various platforms
• Collaborate with the digital marketing & advancement team to plan and execute video content strategy
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the school's visual identity remains relevant and cutting-edge
