Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings strong visual judgment, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. In this role, you will not just design assets, but shape how Unosecur looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.

You will own key design initiatives, partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, and help elevate the overall design quality and consistency of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on design work with mentorship and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute end-to-end design for high-impact brand and marketing initiatives including:
- Website and landing pages
- Social media and campaign creatives
- Sales and marketing collaterals
- Infographics, reports, and presentations
- Proficiency with printables (booth designs, one-pagers, swags for field marketing)
- Motion graphics and short-form videos (where required)
- Translate complex cybersecurity and cloud identity concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all digital and offline assets.
- Collaborate closely with:
- Marketing to support demand generation and brand campaigns
- Product and UX teams to align visuals with product narratives
- Leadership to support strategic presentations and launches
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing priorities, timelines, and quality.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, helping raise the bar for the entire design function.
- Proactively stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, especially in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.
- Present design concepts confidently, incorporate feedback constructively, and iterate with speed and clarity.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity domains.
- A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand-led thinking
- Digital-first design expertise
- Ability to simplify complex ideas visually
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools:
- Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design
- After Effects / Premiere Pro (good to have)
- Strong grasp of:
- Typography, layout systems, color theory
- Design consistency and scalability
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate non-design inputs into impactful visual outcomes.
