The Role

We're looking for a  talented and creative Malayalam & English Content Writer / Copywriter  to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for understanding audiences — especially  Gen Z  — and a proven ability to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness, we'd love to meet you.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to expand our  digital footprint  and connect with audiences through  creative, data-driven content  across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Conceptualize and produce high-quality content for  social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners , and more — in both  Malayalam and English .

Write across various platforms —  websites, blogs, articles, case studies, white papers , and more.

Copywriting

Craft concise, eye-catching  headlines and copy  that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.

Develop content that balances creativity with clear messaging and marketing intent.

Research & Strategy

Conduct  in-depth research  on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform and elevate content.

Perform  content gap analysis  and propose new, relevant topics.

Collaboration & Brainstorming

Partner with  campaign managers, designers, and creative teams  to bring fresh ideas to life.

Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to develop content strategies that align with brand goals.

Audience Engagement

Build and nurture an  online community  through interactive, shareable content.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions to enhance engagement.

Editing & Quality Control

Review and edit team content to maintain tone, consistency, and accuracy.

Ensure all materials align with  brand voice, tone, and visual identity .

Performance & Optimization

Track key  content performance metrics  and recommend improvements for higher reach and engagement.

Stay up-to-date with  digital trends and innovations  to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree  in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in  content writing or copywriting  (preferably for digital platforms).

Bilingual fluency  in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of  Gen Z culture , social media trends, and digital storytelling.

Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.

Excellent research, editing, and collaboration skills.
