Requirements

We want a kickass, smart and quick-witted Art Director with an experience of 5-7 years, preferably in a creative digital agency.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
Must be in love with Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects, Premiere Pro.
Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.
You should have exceptional creativity running in your veins.
Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing.
Should have an understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

What You Will Do At Sociowash

Ideating and designing the creatives as per the client's brief along with your team.
Working with Account Manager and Content Strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.
Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
Preparing key visuals for campaigns & brands for Social Media or Outdoor Media.
Mentor a team of young Visualizers and Senior Visualizers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.
Mentor Visualisers to grow them into future leaders.
Work allocation & excellent management skills to lead a team.
Campaign planning and building for the given set of clients.
Upselling the existing clients.
Helping in acquiring new business and working on pitches and new ideas.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.
