As a Creative Lead, you will head the in-house marketing and creative team. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan ideas, create content, and deliver creatives based on the company's goals.
You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent look, message, and brand style across all digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, ad campaign and offline promotions.
You will manage the full creative process, from idea to final output, and lead the creative team to ensure work is delivered on time and with quality. The team includes video editors, content writers, SEO professionals, social media executives, web developers and graphic designers.
Experience working with education brands will be an added advantage.
Skills
As a Creative Lead, you should demonstrate:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and manage a creative team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and defend creative concepts
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to convert business goals into creative ideas
Hands-on understanding of social media management, content calendars, and engagement strategies
Awareness of current digital trends, advertising formats and offline marketing practices
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Skills in people management, project planning and resource allocation
Responsibilities
Build and maintain an effective working environment for the creative team
Take ownership of the creative direction, quality, and consistency of all marketing outputs
Develop creative ideas for:
Social media campaigns, Digital and paid advertisements, Offline marketing (print ads, banners, brochures, events, seminars)
Plan and oversee social media calendars and engagement strategies
Analyze competitors and market trends to generate actionable creative insights
Present concepts to stakeholders and guide the team in visualizing and executing them
Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand alignment
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for offline and online campaigns
Understand the commercial and performance aspects of marketing initiatives
