Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing innovative and user-centered products that create seamless experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive designs that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design:
Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
Wire framing & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
UI/UX Design:
Focus on creating clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance. Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical constraints. Be an advocate for user-centered design within the team.
Design Systems:
Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. Help define and enforce design standards and best practices.
Brand Alignment:
Ensure that the design solutions align with the company's brand identity and visual language while enhancing the product's usability and functionality.
Problem Solving:
Identify and solve complex design challenges through creative, innovative solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience:

Experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role. A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including case studies and design processes.
Proficiency with Design Tools:
Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

Experience with design systems and version control is a plus.
User-Centered Mindset:
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with user research, wire framing, prototyping, and user testing.
UI/UX Expertise:
Solid knowledge of UI design patterns, user flows, and interactive design. Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web experiences.
Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Collaboration & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts and rationale clearly.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, typography, color, and consistency across design assets and prototypes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced development cycle where priorities may shift rapidly.

Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript:
Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of basic coding principles to collaborate better with developers.
