Job Summary:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas and materials
● Handle official and personal travel arrangements and expense reports
● Draft and proofread correspondence and report
● Manage all banking / investment operations
● Maintain confidential information and manage sensitive documents
● Assist with project management and other tasks as needed
● Manage any other coordination official or personal work
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in private banks.
● Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
● Discretion and confidentiality
Shift:
• Should be fine working in US Shift (6 pm- 3 am IST
