Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for executives and employees. The candidate will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, and transportation, preparing travel itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel management.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation for executives and employees.
Prepare and share travel itineraries .
Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors.
Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations .
Maintain travel records and expense details.
Ensure travel bookings follow company policies.
Provide support for domestic and international travel arrangements .
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in corporate travel booking
Basic knowledge of travel management tools or booking portals
Good organizational and time management skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field
