Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management of office finances.
Oversee daily office operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing spreadsheets with formulas, and G Suite for collaboration and document management.
Juggle multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing duties while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
