Position: Senior Administrative Assistant, Procurement (Based in Bengaluru )
Location: Bengaluru

The Role

This position is responsible for PO creation and vendor Management in SAP

Job Responsibilities

Create master data in SAP production and development systems.
Co-ordination with the vendors to obtain the required document for vendor registration in SAP.
Ensure timely release of purchase order thru SAP and complete the pre contract obligations are met as per the Policy.
Ensure all system updates are supported, approved by the approvers and processed within pre-defined timeline.

Job Requirements

Degree in commerce / mathematics or its equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in SAP.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Candidate with commercial property developers, IPMC and facility management of large IT parks may be considered.
Independent, organized, diligent, and meticulous team player preferred.
