Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bengaluru North. The Administrative Assistant will manage and execute daily office tasks, assist executives with their schedules, handle clerical duties, and provide high-quality administrative support. Routine responsibilities include managing communications, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively handle day-to-day office operations
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to professionally manage correspondence and client interactions
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide top-tier support to leadership
Organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and familiarity with office equipment
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Prior experience in administrative roles and a diploma or degree in Administration or a related field are preferred
