Role:
Full-Time Intern — NBFC Operations (On-site)

Location:

Masai Office

Saturdays are typically working days

What You'll Work On

Coordinating with multiple internal teams to support NBFC operations
Regular communication with Masai students (phone + email) — significant calling involved
Managing and analysing data using Google Sheets & MS Excel
Scheduling and planning stakeholder meetings; preparing agendas & follow-ups
Sharing daily progress updates and reports
Supporting operational tasks and learning new processes as needed

What We're Looking For

Basic proficiency in Excel and strong data-handling skills in Google Sheets
Clear verbal & written communication — comfortable making calls
Strong organisation and coordination skills
Attention to detail and reliability
A curious, fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools & processes
